How many does the suite sleep?

Four: the queen bed in the room and the loft bed up top. If you need more space, the other rooms can be booked alongside it.

What do we share with other guests?

Your room is yours, behind its own door code. The kitchen, the dining room, the living rooms, the laundry and the yard are shared with the guests in the other rooms, and Marty keeps them spotless.

We are a bigger group. Can we book more than one room?

Yes: book two or three rooms side by side, or take The House on Frink and have all 5,000 square feet to yourselves, for up to 14 guests.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Every room has its own door code, and the front door has an electronic lock too.

Yes, parking is free and easy at the house. The 805, the 163, the 5 and the 15 are all a few minutes away.

Is breakfast included?

A daily grab-and-go breakfast is set out in the kitchen, along with coffee, tea, fresh fruit and snacks through the day.

Yes, the house is pet friendly, with a daily pet fee of $10 to $15 depending on the size and type of pet; tell Marty when you book, as undisclosed pets are $100 a day. The back yard is artificial turf, so dogs go for a walk instead: there is a park about five minutes’ drive away.

Can we borrow beach gear?

Yes. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear are free to borrow; ask Marty and she will set you up.

What are the house rules?

No smoking, no parties or events unless the whole house is rented for one by written arrangement, and no visitors beyond the guests on the booking. San Diego water and energy limits mean the dishwasher and washing machine run before 3 pm or after 9 pm. There are cameras on the outside of the house in public areas, none in the back yard.

Welcome to The Jacuzzi Suite

A jetted tub, a loft, and a red wall to come home to

Just off the living room of the house, the suite has a queen bed with a tall nailhead headboard against a deep red wall, an en suite bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, and a loft up top for additional sleepers, so it takes four. It locks with its own code, and beach towels, the beach gear, parking and the washer and dryer come with it.

From the guest book

The room we stayed in was great, it had its own bathroom and even had a loft area that my kid liked. She made the stay feel like home, she would have snacks and fruit out everyday and my son loved the backyard and popcorn maker. The bed was very comfy, even with other house guests it was never noisy.
